Hello and thank you for visiting my nursery. 

I call it a nursery because all my babies become real, little personalities to me, they not only LOOK lifelike, in so many ways, for me, they BECOME lifelike due to the bond I form with every single baby that I paint.

I LOVE babies! I love everything about babies! I LOVE those wonderful rosy cheeks, their soft fine delicate hair, the way they snuggle into you when you hold them. I love the way they smell, how peaceful they look as they sleep! 

As a result I try to imbue all these wonderful qualities in each and every one of my creations. I am continually refining my art to make them as lifelike as possible. I never duplicate any baby I make, not because I do not want to but because I just cannot. Each and every baby is painted as I FEEL they should look as I am painting them, as I go along, I feel their personality coming alive to me, that then is the direction I go with each baby.

I LOVE my work and I am continually trying to get better at it.

I started out as a baby photographer,  I loved capturing all those beautiful details for each mommy, their lips, lashes, nails, hair swirls etc. I now draw on that experience and concentrate my efforts to make each baby as real as I can in all the large and small details. I do this in every aspect even in photographing them.  Just as the real live babies I photographed were each and every one unique, so are each and everyone of my babies. You will notice they are dressed and posed as realistic as a real baby photo shoot would be.

So welcome to my nursery and feel free to look around and oooooh and aaaah  but “shhhhhhh” do it quitely because some of the babies are sleeping .
